TrapForge manufactures roach glue traps and monitoring boards on our glue trap platform, plus empty roach bait station housings for brands that fill their own bait.
- Tent / box glue traps and flat monitoring boards
- Scented (food-grade odor) or unscented glue
- Printed grid and date panel for PCO monitoring
- Empty roach station housings — no insecticide supplied
Cockroach trap types
- Glue tent and box traps — printed paperboard folded into a low tunnel or box with a glue floor and open ends; keeps the catch out of sight.
- Flat sticky monitoring boards — the PCO standard for placing under sinks and appliances and counting activity; the same boards double as spider and insect monitors.
- Jar / pitfall traps — smooth-walled containers with a ramp, used for monitoring.
- Roach bait station housings — flat, child-resistant-design housings with entry slots; we supply them empty — see bait stations.
Glue, scent and print
Roach traps use a non-drying glue with a coat weight between insect boards and mouse boards. Scented versions use a food-grade odor in the glue or a small attractant tablet; any attractant is configured to comply with the buyer’s market regulations. Print options: logo, counting grid, date panel and placement icons. Specification details are in the glue board guide.
Who buys cockroach traps
Pest control operators and food-safety auditors (monitoring boards in bulk), grocery and hardware retail (multipacks of tent traps), multifamily and hospitality suppliers, and household brands. Roach traps pair with bed bug interceptors and ant bait station housings in a crawling-insect line.

Frequently asked questions
Do your cockroach traps contain poison?
Glue traps and monitors contain no insecticide. Roach station housings are supplied empty; any bait must comply with your market’s regulations.
Can you print a monitoring grid?
Yes — grids and date panels are standard options for PCO boards.
Do you make roach bait stations?
We make empty housings; see roach bait station housings.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on size, printing and packaging (stock formats in neutral packaging start lower than custom-printed or custom-molded items); lead time depends on printing, tooling and season. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also packaging & MOQ guide.
Are your traps EPA registered, certified or tested for catch rates?
We supply trap hardware — trap bodies, glue boards, sticky cards and station housings. We do not claim EPA or state pesticide registration, certifications, efficacy or catch/kill rates. Where a lure, attractant or bait is part of the finished product, it can be configured to comply with the buyer’s market regulations; registration and labeling obligations for any pesticidal component stay with the brand owner. Test reports can be discussed on request where available — ask on the inquiry form.
