Yellow sticky traps cards, stakes and rolls for greenhouses and garden retail
Yellow sticky traps are the most widely used insect monitoring card in horticulture. TrapForge supplies double-sided yellow sticky cards with counting grids for greenhouse growers and IPM programs, plus houseplant stakes and retail packs for garden brands — in your sizes, glue and packaging.
- Double-sided PP cards with printed counting grid
- UV-stable, heat-tolerant glue for greenhouses
- Houseplant stakes and die-cut shapes for retail
- Grower bulk packs with hangers or clips
How yellow sticky traps are used
Growers hang yellow cards just above the crop canopy and check them regularly to see which small flying insects are present and whether numbers are rising — commonly whiteflies, aphids (winged forms), fungus gnats, shore flies and leafminers. The cards are a monitoring tool within integrated pest management; in houseplants and small gardens they also catch adult fungus gnats and similar pests. For thrips, many growers add blue sticky cards.

See the glue board guide for how glue choices affect performance in heat.
Grower bulk vs retail packs
Growers and horticultural distributors buy in bulk packs (cards interleaved with liners, with ties or clips) and rolls for long rows. Garden brands and e-commerce sellers buy smaller cards and shaped stakes in peg-hook retail packs with simple instructions. One base material serves both — see wholesale and OEM.

Frequently asked questions
What pests do yellow sticky traps catch?
Yellow cards are commonly used to monitor whiteflies, winged aphids, fungus gnats, shore flies and leafminers. We make no catch-rate claims.
Do you supply blue sticky traps too?
Yes — blue cards, commonly used for thrips monitoring, and mixed yellow/blue packs.
Can I get rolls for greenhouse rows?
Yes — sticky rolls in widths and lengths to your specification.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on size, printing and packaging (stock formats in neutral packaging start lower than custom-printed or custom-molded items); lead time depends on printing, tooling and season. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also packaging & MOQ guide.
Are your traps EPA registered, certified or tested for catch rates?
We supply trap hardware — trap bodies, glue boards, sticky cards and station housings. We do not claim EPA or state pesticide registration, certifications, efficacy or catch/kill rates. Where a lure, attractant or bait is part of the finished product, it can be configured to comply with the buyer’s market regulations; registration and labeling obligations for any pesticidal component stay with the brand owner. Test reports can be discussed on request where available — ask on the inquiry form.
