How an OEM program runs

  1. Brief: trap types, target market, channel, price point, quantities and label requirements.
  2. Specification: we propose formats, sizes, glue, materials and packaging and quote by SKU.
  3. Samples: stock samples, then printed pre-production samples with your artwork.
  4. Artwork: dielines for boards, boxes and inserts; you approve every proof.
  5. Production & inspection: mass production with pre-shipment inspection; third-party inspection welcome.
  6. Shipping: FOB or other terms as agreed; mixed containers possible.

What can be customized

Fly traps and fly paper: print, glue, tube and pack counts. Glue traps and sticky traps: size, glue, color, grid and print. Moth traps: trap print, lure configuration and refill packs. Wasp traps, flea traps and stink bug traps: colors, logos, electrics and refills. Rodent traps and bait station housings: color, logo, locks, inserts and packaging.

Compliance, honestly

We do not display badges or claim EPA or state pesticide registration, certifications, efficacy or catch/kill rates. For traps we describe hardware; lures, attractants and baits can be configured to comply with your market’s regulations, and registration and labeling obligations for pesticidal components remain with the brand owner. We print the label content your regulatory team approves.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order for private label?

MOQ is quoted per SKU and depends on how much is customized — printed stock formats start lower than custom molds or custom packaging.

Can I mix products from different categories?

Yes. Kits and mixed containers across fly, glue, moth, rodent and station products are common.

Who owns the artwork and molds?

Your brand artwork remains yours. Ownership of custom tooling is agreed per project.

Are your traps EPA registered, certified or tested for catch rates?

We supply trap hardware — trap bodies, glue boards, sticky cards and station housings. We do not claim EPA or state pesticide registration, certifications, efficacy or catch/kill rates. Where a lure, attractant or bait is part of the finished product, it can be configured to comply with the buyer’s market regulations; registration and labeling obligations for any pesticidal component stay with the brand owner. Test reports can be discussed on request where available — ask on the inquiry form.
