Scorpion repellent & control products scorpion glue traps, monitors and program packaging

Buyers searching for scorpion repellent are usually building a full scorpion control program: traps to catch and monitor, a UV light to inspect, and a repellent or treatment product. TrapForge supplies the hardware side — large, low-profile scorpion glue traps, monitoring cards and UV inspection lights — and the packaging for kits. Repellent formulations are configured to comply with the buyer’s market regulations; we make no registration or efficacy claims.

Scorpion traps and monitors

Scorpions are caught on large, flat glue traps placed along walls, under furniture, in garages and in attics. Compared with standard glue traps, scorpion boards are typically larger, use a thick, heavy-tack glue and are unscented. Monitoring cards — the same board with a printed grid and date panel — let pest control operators record activity on inspection routes. Folding versions protect the glue from dust.

UV inspection lights

Scorpions fluoresce under ultraviolet light, so a UV flashlight is a common add-on in homeowner kits and a standard PCO tool. We supply LED UV flashlights in your branding as part of a kit or as a standalone SKU, built to the electrical and battery specification you set.

Scorpion repellent programs

Repellent sprays, granules and sachets are pesticide or chemical products in most markets. TrapForge does not formulate repellent claims. For brands running a repellent line we supply packaging and kit components (bottles, trigger sprayers, sachet packaging, kit boxes) and can work with formulations configured to comply with the buyer’s market regulations, or with the buyer’s own cleared formulation. Registration and labeling obligations stay with the brand owner. Physical exclusion items — door sweeps and gap seals — can be added to kits on request.

Frequently asked questions

Do you make scorpion repellent?

We do not make repellent claims or formulate repellents on our own authority. We supply traps, UV lights and packaging, and can work with formulations configured to comply with your market’s regulations or your own cleared formulation.

How are scorpion glue traps different from mouse glue traps?

They are usually larger and flatter, with a heavier-tack, unscented glue suited to scorpions and other crawling pests.

Can you build a scorpion kit under my brand?

Yes — glue traps, a UV flashlight and exclusion items in one branded box is a common kit.

What is the MOQ and lead time?

Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on size, printing and packaging (stock formats in neutral packaging start lower than custom-printed or custom-molded items); lead time depends on printing, tooling and season. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also packaging & MOQ guide.

Are your traps EPA registered, certified or tested for catch rates?

We supply trap hardware — trap bodies, glue boards, sticky cards and station housings. We do not claim EPA or state pesticide registration, certifications, efficacy or catch/kill rates. Where a lure, attractant or bait is part of the finished product, it can be configured to comply with the buyer’s market regulations; registration and labeling obligations for any pesticidal component stay with the brand owner. Test reports can be discussed on request where available — ask on the inquiry form.
